KVAE_2 Nov17Our meetings take different formats, either a formal morning meeting with a speaker or a chat ‘n’ share over a relaxed lunch or coffee.

This is a valuable forum to meet other VAs, make new friends and form associate partnerships. We generally meet every 3-4 months at a central Kent venue.

As this is our first zoom meeting we are offering a free meeting for everyone.

Come and meet with fellow VA’s over a virtual cup of coffee!!    Ordinarily we would be meeting face-to-face, however, being individuals who are not fazed by adaptation, whilst we can’t meet physically, we can utilise the technology at our fingertips and meet virtually.

We have a list of great topics to discuss and it’s much more beneficial to have a greater number of us expressing our thoughts on the wide range of VA related topics we’re discussing as this helps everyone. And of course, making the time to network with colleagues is invaluable in the development of our businesses.

1. Welcome
2. Round the “room” – 2 questions for each participant to briefly answer:
  *   How have the Government restrictions on working affected you / how are you adapting?
  *   Has anything a client has done to overcome the work challenges inspired you?
3. Discussion Topic 1
Accountability buddies – do you have one, how often do you meet, what actions do you set each other?
4. Discussion Topic 2
Contracts – Do you have the correct contracts in place?  how long do you keep old client contracts and information?  The VA Handbook has a great blog post about this which you can find HERE – have a read (and if you have time you may like to watch the video too) and let’s share our thoughts.
